With experience across boutique studios and internationally renowned agencies including Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi, R/GA, and VCCP, she brings a strategic and intuitive approach to design, using visual storytelling to craft campaigns, solve business challenges, and spark emotional impact.
Throughout her career, Caro has also collaborated on creative and community-based projects with Aboriginal communities in Australia, people with disabilities, and social impact organizations, deepening her belief in the power of creativity to foster inclusion, connection, and positive change.
Blending creative thinking with meaningful purpose, Caro explores how art and design can inspire connection, reflection, and transformation. Whether she’s developing a campaign, building a brand, or leading a creative workshop, she brings energy, curiosity, and a strong belief in the power of creativity to move people and ideas forward.
